Important steps to follow when measuring Chameleon Outdoor Track Blind.

Chameleon Outdoor Track Blind can be both face fit/recess fit, document in notes if you are looking to recess fit. Note; Side channels require require fixing to a solid material. Fixings are generally to beams, posts or walls.

Use a metal tape measure. Make sure the tape measure is taught when taking measurements.

Always write down the width measurement first and then the drop measurement second on all Chameleon Outdoor Track Blinds.

Only write measurements down in millimetres.

Chameleon Outdoor Track Blind can have a crank handle to manually wind up and down, please document operation side on each individual blind. If motorised please write down the preferred motor side on each individual blind.

For Face Fit document the actual overall finished measurements. Check three spots measurements for width and drop. As a guide the minimum hood box and base rail will be 200mm combined. Each individual scenario will need to be accessed prior to placing order.

For Recess Fit document the Smallest measurement of three spot measurements for width and drop for recess fit. Our manufacture will allow for all appropriate deductions. Note your Chameleon Outdoor Track Blind is recess fit. Each individual scenario will need to be accessed prior to placing order.The head box and side channels may obstruct awning windows from opening. Face Fit may offer a better alternative.

Always double check measurements with the measurements you have written down.

Watch for protruding objects that might interfere with Straight Drop Crank blind operation.
